Opk after clomid help

The top was taken today at about 4 am and the bottom two were taken today about 530 pm. Can the LH surge come and go that quick? I tested yesterday and it was positive too. It's CD 12. Seems early to ovulate but this is just my first round of clomid so it's all so new. Any thoughts?!
