Start of cycle??

Question

Is cycle day 1 my first day of light bleeding? Or heavy flow?? & I had 2 days after that with very light bleeding or heavy spotting. I'm not pregnant & not sure when I ovulated as my cycles are irregular. Just an abnormal period?

First day is any bleeding that is not considered spotting .
