In pre labor-help!
I believe I'm in pre labor. 2cm, 60% effaced. Had my membrane stripped yesterday. I am having an out of hospital birth with no pain management. What can I do? Currently at home, sleeping between contractions but waking up writhing in pain every less then 10 minutes. I'm so lost, ftm here. Please help!
