So probably the past two weeks my year (S1) have been doing sexEd and reproduction in school and first we were all dreading it but I'm not so sure about the others now but I actually don't feel that bad. At first I thought it would be awkward to say the words i.e- penis,vagina,testes,sperm and semen. We finished today with a group discussion about True or False facts about puberty i.e- Do boys only get an erecyion when sexually excited? Should girls avoid sport while on their period? I didn't feel awkward for once to say those words.
