Haven't had a period since December. My Mirena was removed in October.

OK ladies...

So I had my Mirena removed after 5 years in October. The 13th to be exact. I had a small period for the first time in 5 years 3 days post removal. Then 2 weeks later I had another that lasted 2 weeks long in November. I did take orthotrycycline for the month of November. December I had a period that last 4 days right on track. I haven't had one since. I took like 10 pregnancy tests in January all of which showed negative. Just now sitting at my desk at work I swear I felt kicks. Nothing big or crazy but a little movement to in my tummy. I'm at work so can't rum and get a test.... but if I was negative all of January there is no way I should be feeling that already!? Right.... I have have 2 children I have been through pregnancy before but this seems weird! Just would like your thoughts. I plan to get a test tonight.
