18 week ultrasound looked weird? help

I just feel like he looked so scary and bony:( also couldn't tell if I could see a nasal none at all. someone tell me if this looks normal to you.

this is a weird side profile of the face
this is another side profile...is that bright white spot next to what I think is the dark eye whole his nasal bone?

That's because the baby at this age is scary and bony they have no fat and there skin is see through.  Completely normal

Not sure about the second pic but on the first one I can see the outline of the baby head and nose

Here's our little guy at 20 weeks! Your pics look completely normal. They have no fat on them at this point.

This is because your baby doesn't have any fat, under its skin so the ultra sound only reflects off the bone. It's normal don't worry
