Still having faith

Yesterday was my birthday and I started spotting. 5 weeks 4 days. I went for an early scan and they saw the sac but no heart beat. Returned home and the bleeding started like a normal period. I have another appointment next week to see if there is any improvement. I just pray the baby is fine.
