What prenatal vitamins should I take

I haven't seen a doctor yet and I'm 8 weeks I think. My insurance has been screwing me over.. and I need to take my prenatal vitamins but which ones are the best for the baby..

Just go buy some at Walmart 😊 I bout the one a day ones but anything will work fine.

My doctor said any prenatal vitamin is good as long as it has DHA. Mine didn't so I added a 2nd DHA vitamin to make sure I got enough DHA.

Not sure if it's the best, but I got the OLLY gummies in my target bag and I really liked them. I'm taking Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA soft gels right now but I might switch to OLLY or if I find something better or just stick to what I have. As long as baby is healthy and getting what he needs :)

I went to the clinic and they said the prescription ones I'm taking are the best. I got them from my primary doctor

Any of the multivitamin prenatals with folic acid and a good amount of iron are great. If you're really nauseous and can't keep much down definitely get the chewy gummy ones or try flinstones (yes the ones for kids). I bought mine at Walmart because they had a bigger variety. Spring valley is brand that I started with but you can look up the all the different brands and ratings and just go with whatever one you feel is better.
