Ivf success story?

Hi ladies, I am planning to go for IVF as I am having pcod. Is there anyone who has done it and was successful? Are there any side effect or after effects? Need input pls.

My husband and I just went through the IVF process...we just found out that our first blastocyte transfer was a success...I go in for an ultrasound next week to make sure it's in my uterus and to see how many sticky squishes are in there...the trigger shot, ovidryl is what I was given, is actually hcg so you may have some pregnancy symptoms after that injection...my follicle stimulating hormone was gonel-F and I had mild cramping with that one...I was also on lupron which is to help stop the follicles from growing, I didn't have any side effects from...after the retrieval I was put on promethium suppositories which can cause cervical irritation and mild cramping...and I'm on progesterone in oil and the worst part of that one is the 2 and a half inch needle you have to use for that one...if you have any specific questions feel free to ask and I'll share my experience with you....

Me and my husband did Ivf started in October and had Fet in December and now 14 weeks prego lots of work with shits and apts but so worth it first try and it worked had to wait after ER because my levels were high so waited for my period to come and did fet the following month with 2 embryos and one took good luck on your journey

I have not personally gone through IVF, but my sister in law did. On her 3 and final try her and my brother were blessed with 3 healthy and beautiful babies (2boys/1girl). The triplets are now 4 (5 in May) and the most amazing blessings ever! Best of luck to you.

We did IVF got pregnant first go around. It's a hectic time with meds and labs and appointments but it's all so worth it! Good luck to you
