Cancer causing baby powder Johnson & Johnson

You have probably seen this in the media. Johnson and Johnson ordered to pay 72 million USD in damages to the family of a woman who died of cancer caused by the J&J talcum powder.

Since getting pregnant, I ditched all synthetic cosmetics and care products and swapped to only natural, raw or holistic.

I have not researched any baby products yet. Would love to hear what natural, organic and holistic products are out there?
