Curiouser and curiouser (TMI?)

This may be TMI, this may not be. But for the last few days I have been smelling almost a blood smell, very slight, along with a slight increase in discharge without noticing anything out of the ordinary when I go pee. But I have noticed it and am now wondering what it may be. I am 29 weeks with my second child, I am healthy and have no infections. I understand that I need to ask my doctor, I see her on the first of the month, but I am curious as to what you ladies think may be going on or if any of you have gone through this?
