Baby Whisperer Sleep??

Question

Can anyone explain the baby whisperer sleep method for newborns to me? I've heard thinks like cluster feeding, tank ups, dream feeding, using Desetin, but I was curious if anyone can tell me more about it! Thanks!

I think you're referring to EASY method. This stands for Eat-Active-Sleep-You time. Pretty much the concept is that you feed the baby as soon as she wakes, then have active time for at least 20 minutes and then put her down to sleep while she is still awake but drowsy. The "you" time is while she is napping. Google EASY or EWS (eat-wake-sleep) sleep training.
