Are you counting calories during pregnancy ?

pregnancy ?" /> I'm just curious how many mama's to be are keeping track of their nutrition during pregnancy? I keep track of my calories on LoseIt. Anyone else doing this? Let me know in the comments what is important to you and why you either count cals or don't!

I don't keep up with it everyday but I log my meals onto MyFitnessPal. Definitely not trying to lose weight but I would like to gain only the recommended amount during pregnancy (25-35lbs) I have a fear that my teeny tiny body won't be able to handle 40+ lb weight gain and that I won't be able to breathe. I know when you're in the 3rd trimester most women get winded anyways but I have asthma and get out of breath when I eat too much 😳😳 lmao so I'm scared

Now is not a time for counting calories.  I just eat healthy and make sure I'm not gaining a ton of weight.

I don't count calories. The only thing I am careful about is how much caffiene I drink. I just never worried about it.
