My partner will be going Monday 3/7 for our 3rd and final IUI. Can you ladies suggest anything to boost our chances? We are desperately hoping for our BFP. I am 40 and she is 43. Anything that worked or helped for you? Throw it at me! TIA!!

What brands have people used for maca and CoQ10?

Answer

Inositol and melatonin for egg quality, b5, no alcohol, no coffee, full fat dairy or none (no low fat), less than four hours exercise a week, lost 8 kg (this may not be possible but is the evidence).
