I just started birth control the 14th of February and I did have I tercourse before I even started it. My doctor didn't really explain much but he said it shouldn't make me miss my period at first. I was told to wait til a Sunday to start it. He didn't tell me to wait til after my monthly like some people are saying I'm supposed to. I'm 3 days late and have no signs of a period. Had weird cravings and now today when I wipe I see brown on the tissue paper but not in my panties. Sorry if tmi but I'm concerned. What could that be?
