The best menstrual  cup to use?
I'm thinking  about making the switch but I'm definitely  scared to use it..worried about leaking  and if there are any side effects to using a menstrual cup. .

We don't know your body like you do, but do your research about lengths and sizes. If you've had a baby they make special ones for you. Diva cup is popular, but the Lena cup is great also. Depends on your budget. Some are really inexpensive but may not be as durable as the pricier ones. They will take a lot of getting used to and practice. I personally love the Lena Cup, just because it's cute, it's a great shape for me and it isn't too huge. Get on Amazon and read reviews and compare them all.

I use a diva cup. And I have had no problems with mine whatsoever. The only "issue", which isn't an issue for me but to some people, is that it is clear so after awhile if you don't care for it properly, it will start to change colors. But that doesn't have any impact on the cup itself. There are various colors out there.

The soft cup is great. I made the switch about 8 months ago. No side effects. May leak but you need to get used to it and wear a liner at first.

Oh and no side effects, you can wear them for 12 hrs and are extremely hygienic in comparison to tampons IF you take care of it properly.
