Probably pregnant!

So I started the pill a week ago and I missed a night as I stayed at my boyfriends and forgot my pill and he cummed in me and now I'm sowing some sings of pregnancy (sore boobs and things) do you think I should take a test or do you think it could be my body getting used to the pill?!
