BACK PAIN 😫

I'm on day one of my period and it was a week late. I usually get some cramps here and there but I've never had back pain.

It's hurting soo bad on the entirety of my lower back, it feels like there's needles. Not to mention my cramps are actung up too

I was wondering if any of you guys get it too & what meds are best to take to handle it?
