I need support

I'm 31 weeks pregnant with a little girl and have a 4 year old son and me and the baby daddy broke up. I'm so lost and scared and confused. I don't know what to do. All we did was fight all the time. I'm so tired of crying and being unhappy I'm just scared of change. We use to be so close and now we're just enemies. :((
