Ladies, Im 19 weeks and my heels are killing me. No swollen feet yet, any home remedies?

Freeze a water bottle, roll it up and down your foot to relieve inflammation. You can use a golf ball to really dig in there, and stretch your gastroc/soleus muscles. (Your calf)
