Nexplanon

So I was put on nexplanon implant in early December. Since then I didn't really have any symptoms of the bc. I am sexually active and January I had a very light period but I was supposed to have my February period more than 2 weeks ago. My breasts are very sore and even my nipples. I read that nexplanon can make you not have a period and breast soreness. Should I worry about being pregnant or no?
