Tampons 😳😳😳 HELP !!!

How come my tampon always try's to come out ? When I first put it in I make sure I can't feel that it's there , 10 minutes later after walking from the restroom to the living room it already damn near about to come out what am I doing wrong I use super. I haven't had sex in 7 months so it's just weird ..
