Friday morning my boyfriend and I had sex, by Friday night I experienced some spotting and brownish discharge, today more discharge and it seems that my period is in full swing. Even though I'm not due for my period and I went from my old pack of active pills to the new pack without leaving time for my period to start. (Doctor said to try skipping my period this once because of my other medical condition and terrible pms to see if that makes a difference). Anyway, my real question: could my bleeding and discharge be because of the sex or is the just coincidental? Is something wrong with me or is it just old blood? Any opinions/advice?
