Need help!!!

Hi I'm 18 years old and I have been dating a guy for 3 years. I'm having weird symptoms like constipation, tiredness, moody, hungry a lot, when I'm eating I don't feel full, been feeling hot lately. I'm on the pill I'm just worried that I might be pregnant. We don't use a condom but he does pull out.
