Help me I feel so confused and lost

Is glow telling me right my average cycle is 30?? But notice this month it shows my cycle was 24 do I go based off that or do I go based on January to February which is 28 day cycle maybe it's off I'm not sure if anyone else had the same period as I did this is what my ovulation looks like
