So, my boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a year. In Thai year, we have been through infidelity (his end), MC, others trying to break us up, him going to jail, my ex causing problems, I'm bipolar, just all kind of stuff. He says he was flirting with other girls to see if he still gots it. (Lame I know) but , would I be wrong for wanting something that will let me know "hey I want you and no one else?" Like either a promise ring or an engagement ring? I just want him to be more committed  to me! I have even offered an open relationship but he says that he doesn't want that, he just wants me. Now, if it's not a bad idea...what are some ways to go about talking to him about it? Sorry if this seems a little spaced out and random blabbering but....I'm typing and talking lol. But any input would be greatful. Thank you ladies.
