SO SO SO unlikely. If you are a perfect user like you say your chances of being pregnant are less then 0.3% 
I'm also on the pill and my boyfriend always finishes in me. The pill is made to prevent pregnancy, it's fine👍🏼

Even if you've never missed a pill there's a small chance of you getting pregnant but it's not likely, you could get STDs though

Nothing is 100% I know a few women who took the pill perfectly and got pregnant twice. They had a harder time getting pregnant when they were off the pill.

I'm not really sure but in this case you should always go to the bathroom after sex especially unprotected sex to help get all the toxins out and help flush that out of your body to have a better chance of not getting pregnant even with taking the pill.

When you're on the pill your "period" is actually withdrawal bleeding caused by a sudden drop in hormones during the placebo/break week. A normal period is caused when an egg hasn't been fertilized and the body needs to get rid of the nutrients in the uterus. The pill stops us from releasing an egg all together and even if we do release an egg the uterine lining is too thin for attachment, therefore you're not pregnant.
