Today I was traveling and took a rest stop after about 5 hours of having a tampon in. It's close to the end of my cycle, so when I was pulling out the tampon it hurt really bad for some reason (I was pretty dry). As I pulled out the tampon I noticed that some of the Cotten was being torn apart on the top and I'm concerned that some of it might be in me. I've had a headache since then, and feel a little gross. But that could be because I've been up since 1 am driving. Is it possible for me to have TSS? I know it's rare, but a part of me keeps thinking, "what if I'm that one person who gets it?"
