Trigger shot

If I have my trigger shot tomorrow (Monday) at 4pm when is the best time to BD? Unfortunately my DH works nights and he will be gone 9pm-7am and I work days so Tuesday I am gone 6am-4pm.... So if we BD Monday night before he leaves and again on Tuesday night will that be enough!!
