Constipation relief?

Does anyone have good relief tips for sever constipation? It's been 5 days and I feel like crap (literally!)

Lots of water and as a last resort a glycerin suppository is a life saver

Lots of water, fiber, exercise, and a stool softener!  They are safe during pregnancy! Talk to your Dr. About it!

I've been adding ground flax seed to everything.  The fiber has been helping me get moving!

Dried fruits like prunes, raisins, cranberries. Fiber one bars and lots of water. You could do juice cleansing for a week..  That is sure to clean you out. Look up reboot with joe ;)

Pineapple= good for digestion/get it moving
Papaya= well, it makes you go if you eat enough haha
