My husband has a son from a previous marriage. My stepsons mom texted my husband asking to claim him because she needed to pay of student loans. They switch claiming him, my husband claims on odd years. It's in the divorce agreement. He told her no. We went to file and his son had already been claimed. We tried to talk to her and all she did was deny it. Then she threatened us that we would never see him and she would file for child support. They have 50/50. My husbands mom pays her rent and my stepsons school. She does not buy him any new clothes. We have filed charges against her with the irs. Now she said "he was too busy to come over this weekend" he's 5 btw. My husband is heartbroken. What more can we do?
