My pharmacist told me they are. I'm almost 17 weeks. My doctor said dramine is safe but it gives me headaches

I see in the top corner that it's the drug store brand of unisom, which unisom is safe to take. If you read the ingredients on that box versus the actual unisom box, they're identical, so you're fine.
