I'm not on period when I pulled the tampon out it was dry, but when I wiped there was blood-could I be pregnant?!

I'm on cycle day 26(i start in 4 days) My bf did not ejaculate in me, he did not pentrate me, he did not rub his penis on me. He had not masturbated for three days prior My bf went pee those three days and pee right before. he fingered me. He may have had pre-*** on that finger. ALL IN ALL NO DICK, NO EJACULATION, NO RUBBING OF GENTILS I started my period febuary 4th (cycle day 1) This situation happend febuary 12th. Symptoms: sore breast (nipples/areoles), cramps, acne, urge to pee alot, tacky, gummy cervical mucus only when i check cervix. Also took tampon out today, was dry inside, only cm was on tampon, but when i wipes there was blood. Checked after with finger and cloth there wasnt any blood
