I was vegetarian for 2 years about a year ago and stopped but I just recently started again because I remember how much I loved it! back in the 2 year time period I was pretty young and never tracked my period or paid attention so I'm just asking my fellow veg ladies if when they stopped meat it effected their period and how so? xx
