So depressed! since coming off the Depo in June 2015 it took till February 1st!! That's pretty much 8 months!!! To get my first period.

I was so hoping I would get pregnant straight away but nope! AF came a day early I seriously hate the choice I made in contraception, why did I pick the Depo injection? My doctor said it can take up to 18months to get back to normal is this true?
