Tmi but worried(poo related)
Okay so ive been constipated for multiple days.. And i really need to know, can pushing hard(like harrrrd) to poo, will it hurt baby? Or start labor? Im 20 weeks.. Idk if that helps or anything. But im worried about her. But i have to poo..
