I just had my period with normal bleeding for about 4 days with mild spotting the last few days. But there has been a reaccuring meaty like discharge that looks like it's got gains of sand in it. It's about the size of a penny I'm not sure if I should be worried or what!? No cramps but my lower back hurts a lot tonight.  Not on birth control just use condoms with my boyfriend
