Too scared to test?

Faye • Currently taking 3mg Bromocriptine for high prolactin levels, 1000mg metformin a day for PCOS. 1 ectopic pregnancy ❤️
I am now currently on CD 31. 
I am on medication to help encourage periods and with getting pregnant. 
I am 4 days late, but scared of taking that test!!! 
Of course I want a BFP but I have been so used to BFN for the past 3 years of TTC. The success rates on this medication are quite high, but surely it won't work with me. I have only 1 tube left too which leaves me not much hope :(
