<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">Glow App</a> was incredible!! The most valuable information was about Hypnobirthing. I wish I could encourage every mother to go through this course even if its just the home study course. Throughout my pregnancy they told me I had gestational diabetes and wanted to induce me at 37 weeks afraid there would be complications. Because of the education from this app I was able to confidently request to wait one more week to see if he would come on his own. I was sure to heed their concerns and watch out for any signs that showed the risk my child being still birthed. Sure enough he came 6 days after their original planned induction. I was able to have a natural birth with no epidural. It was challenging but the way our bodies were designed to give birth amazed me. My water broke on its own which gave me so much joy and expectation. My contractions were intense but by using specific relax breathing teqniques allowed me to handle them with more ease. Pushing at the end for 20 minutes was the most challenging but the pain was only in my back and I blame that on the hospital bed and not being allowed to be in more of an upright position. You hear the comments of other moms who say that you get this undescribable love for your child and it is a feeling that cant be explained. Even if you could explain that type of love it wouldnt even compare to how extreme and magnified that love is. My son was very healthy and had no insulin issues. I am healthy and Praising God for all of the many blessing he has given to me throughout this experience, even the things that seemed very hard and difficult I didnt realize at the time but now see they were blessings too. Thank you Glow for this awesome app.
