I'm in sooo much pain!

I've never had backache this bad before. I'm putting it down to the fact that I had a miscarriage at the end of January and this is my first period since. I've read that things can be different after, different symptoms even... I dunno if anyone has any experience there 😩

If anyone has any good advice on how to deal with this backache though I'd appreciate it. Laying flat helps, but I get fidgety and bored if I'm still too long... 😋

And I'm trying to avoid taking pain killers unless I absolutely need to. Thanks in advance!
