Bleeding after sex

I'm two days late according to Glow. I've had sore breast the past week. Yesterday, after sex, I was bleeding. It was enough to wipe a few times. I put a pad on after thinking I had started my period. But I have not bled since then. There has been some brownish stuff but nothing else. I'm so confused! Could I still have hope of a pregnancy or what? I don't know what to think! Any advice is appreciated!
