I woke up with my left nipple feeling a bit "sweaty" but when I squeezed my nip nothing came out.. I'm brakes and I guess with my shirt rubbing them they got sweaty again.. haha I never lactated with my first this is my second.. so am I just going crazy?

Yes ma'am you can indeed be leaking colostrum already. It happened early on for me as well in my first pregnancy.
