Nursing bras?

How do we shop for them our size now? Or once our milk comes in? & is it completely necessary? I don't like the fact that they do not have an underwire, wouldn't they look saggy? My boobs are still pretty small only a B. Wanted to buy one yesterday but wasn't sure at all .

Motherhood will fit you and help you choose a size for after delivery. They informed me that I should choose a bra that fits me now on the smallest clasp so that when my milk comes in I can put it on the furthest clasp (nursing bras have like 5-8 clasp levels whereas most bras have 3).

And yes no underwire can make boobs look saggy. I have DD and bc of the weight of mine, I think they look saggy in my nursing bras (I bought on Amazon, so much cheaper and I like
more than any other I've tried on). I think the smaller your breasts the less saggy they will look.

The underwire can cause engorgement though, which is why most nursing bras don't have a wire. However, they make nursing bras with wires.

There are a lot of different types of nursing bras that include ones without underwire. They recommend the ones without underwire for delivery because honestly it's easier for you as a mother for when you do that "first latch" and if they teach you to use your breast pump.  I have both sports bra types, slightly padded ones with no underwire and ones with underwire that unsnap in the middle. Got mine on Amazon and a few from family in Japan from a cousin who sells bras and what not (one of my interesting gifts from overseas family for Christmas).   I know Amazon has some very cute maternity bras as does mothers maternity.

I got a package on Amazon of 3 for about $30. They had a great rating and are super comfy, no underwire, and look much better than my sports bras, which was all I could still wear. They just came S, M, L, XL and I got a large because I'm normally 34D.

My mil got mine at motherhood maternity.  They were on sale. I have 3 different kinds.

I got mine from target.  They are sport bra style and they come in small medium and large so it was easy to buy :)

I got sports bra ones at Motherhood Maternity. I love them!! 
But they say go a size up. 
They do have ones with underwire, you just have to find them. Try a maternity store or Amazon. Or Google it.

I got an assistant to measure me up for one , I'm 36 weeks. She said put them in your hospital bag just incase but ideally said I should wait till I'm 38 weeks. If I make 38 weeks she said she will re- measure and exchange if necessary 😊

Try going to herroom.com, it has lots of nursing bras, that's where I had to order mine, being large chested as I am. They have size charts to help also

Generally you make sure to go up a cup size - as they will get bigger when milk comes in. Some places are great and will fit you for one so it is roomy enough without being loose now

I got a cup size bigger - and they have underwire... I got them at motherhood maternity when they had a good sale.
