EDIT: Splinter wasn't a splinter. Had to have dh get it out because it was a piece of metal. Downside of living with an electrician, metal shavings on his jackets.

I got a splinter in the fleshy part of my pinky. It's tiny and I've tried squeezing it to poke it out a bit to grab it with the tweezer and that didn't work at all. It hurts a whole lot more now. I usually just leave them alone and they come out eventually but this one is irritated every time I touch anything and it hurts, the redness is also spreading and I think it's ridiculous if I have to go to the clinic to have a splinter removed lol
