Any water birth experiences please?

Hi ladies... Anyone got any stories of water births? My midwife has suggested it but I'm not so sure...hubbys concerned about a slightly higher risk of infection for baby... Any of your stories would be brilliant please, good or bad xxx

I plan on laboring in the water, if they allow water birth I would prefer it!
