I'm so hurt and confused I don't know how to rise above it .

My ex. We were friends since kids. We lost each other when we moved to our universities.  We found each other again hang out got in relationship.  Then suddenly he didn't want to talk/see me and told me he is done. I was confused and lost.  So much pain. I had ego though. called and asked him to meet me cause I feel like shit etc. He said no. Then I didn't try ever again.ego. He was stalking me yet ignoring me. Not talking not calling nothing. I was lost. about a year later he came back. Telling me he was an asshole.  He is sorry he knew he made me sad. He said he was just being an ass wanted to act cool and expected me to beg. He said he was out of his mind and he would love to hang out with me now. And shit like that. I never met him again and hadn't seen him ever since. Too late. Do not worry. Shit happens. Right ppl will come in to your life and will be afraid not to loose you. Not play games like that. I was always wondering the reasons why he left me and in a rude bad way like this. Now I don't even want to know. Even the times he contact me I didn't ask him. Cause I know why. Cause he sucks. You probably feel desperate and lost but listen to me! You are not worthless.  You are the best. You will get through this. U deserve better.  And in order to have better in our life we need to have space so life kicks out of our lifes the medium. So the best can come. Keep your mind busy, it helps. Read tones of books. Paint. Run.
