Weightloss tips needed...

I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy... I was 140lbs prepregnancy and I was going on 180lbs by the end of my pregnancy. Having a c-section done it took longer time than I'd like to be able to start working off the weight so I've struggled but managed to get down to 148lbs and I fluctuate between 148-150. I managed to get to 146 which I was excited about but I gained back. I've been trying to get my boyfriend into my workout routine but he's really slacking and it causes me to lose motivation especially since I don't have friends or ppl near me to help motivate me or help keep me on track. I don't know what else to do to keep losing weight.. I was tempted to try the master cleanse just to get passed this plateau I've reached but the downside of that is I'll lose muscle mass and I don't want to lose muscle, just the fat. This is my progress here
