Going to the dr Wednesday. Worried and scared

I haven't had a normal period since December. I've just started <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> this month. I'm on cycle day 20 and no smiley faces yet. 😢

I called my dr because I've had spotting for 3.5 weeks.. They are doing an ultra sound and then I have my appointment with the PA. Anyone have any experience with this or can tell me what to expect?
