Did you wait the full 6 weeks after your csection to have sex? And are there any differences between sex postpartum after a csection vs. after a vaginal birth? If you didn't wait, did you have any complications?

I waited close to two weeks for both baby's 1st was vaginal delivery and 2nd was c-section. Sex feels better with c-section but overall I would have preferred a vaginal delivery recovery.

My doctor said as long as I feel up to it and my bleeding has stopped go for it! I delivered February 11th. Waited until 2 weeks postpartum to actually have sex, we took things nice and slow.

Pft 6 weeks....I think it was 3.5 months before I wanted any part of sex after either of my csection. Good thing we had sex up until the morning of my csections during both pregnancies!
