There's aren't really specific brands. There's different sizes (regular and super). Tampons can usually be in for 4-6hrs. You shouldn't have a tampon in ANY LONGER than 8 hours. You can get infections.

Me too, girl. I have a regular flow on malt days and on those days I use the U by Kotex Click regular tampons with a liner. I'm trying the Sleeks and Playtex sport this cycle, hopefully they're good because I bought huge packs haha.
